How to sign in to 1xBet
- Open the login form. Tap the "Login" button at the top right of any 1xBet page. The dialog opens without a page reload.
- Pick the credential. Account ID, phone (+62) or email — any one of them works.
- Enter the password. Case-sensitive. Use the eye icon to check what you typed before submitting.
- Enter the 2FA code if active. SMS arrives in under 10 seconds; the authenticator app code refreshes every 30 seconds.
- Tap "Sign in". The session holds for 30 days on the same device unless you sign out.

Two-factor authentication (2FA)
2FA adds a second check on top of the password. Strongly recommended for accounts holding balances above Rp 5,000,000. Setup is in "Account → Security":
- SMS to +62 — code arrives at every login
- Google Authenticator — TOTP code, works offline, more resistant to SIM swap
- Telegram bot @xBet2FAbot — code arrives in Telegram
Recommendation: Use Google Authenticator over SMS. SIM swap attacks on Indonesian operators have been reported. The authenticator app keeps the code on the device itself.
Common login problems
"Wrong password" but the password is correct
Three causes: caps lock is on, the keyboard layout is non-standard (Indonesian vs international), or the account is temporarily blocked after five failed attempts. Wait 15 minutes before retrying, or reset the password.
OTP does not arrive
Wait 60 seconds before requesting a resend. Check the network and that the phone is reachable. If SMS still fails, switch to the email credential or contact support via live chat.
Login page does not load

"Account blocked" message
