How to request a withdrawal
- Sign in at 1xBet via web or app.
- Open Account → Withdraw funds.
- Pick the method. By default, the system suggests the method used for the deposit. Switching method requires the same payment instrument to be verified.
- Enter the amount and the recipient details. For e-wallets, the phone number registered to the wallet. For bank transfer, the account number and recipient name (must match your 1xBet profile).
- Confirm the request. 2FA code arrives if active.
- Track the request in Account → Withdrawal History. Status updates from Pending → Processing → Paid.
KYC verification
The first withdrawal triggers KYC verification. Documents required:
- KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk) — front and back photo
- Selfie holding the KTP next to your face
- Proof of address — utility bill or bank statement within the last 90 days (for amounts above Rp 50,000,000)

Bonus wagering and withdrawal

Common withdrawal problems
Request rejected: name mismatch
The most common rejection cause. The recipient account name on DANA, the bank or the wallet must match the name on your 1xBet profile letter-for-letter. Update the profile via support or use a payment method registered under the same name.
Withdrawal stuck in "Processing"
Bank transfer can take up to 72 hours on first verification. E-wallets stuck over 2 hours indicate a manual review queue — contact live chat with the request ID.
Account suspended during withdrawal review
Triggered by KYC, bonus or fraud flags. Submit the documents requested via Account → Verification. Resolution is usually 24-48 hours.
E-wallet balance frozen by the provider
PPATK monitors DANA, OVO, GoPay, LinkAja and ShopeePay for gambling flows. If your e-wallet is frozen after a withdrawal, contact the wallet provider directly — 1xBet has no control over wallet-side blocks. "Insufficient balance" error
The available balance excludes pending bets, pending withdrawals and active bonus. Check Account → Balance for the breakdown.

- Use the same name on the payment method as on the 1xBet profile
- Keep withdrawal amounts under the e-wallet's verified-tier limit (DANA, OVO: Rp 20M)
