Four registration methods
Pick the one that matches how you want to manage the account. Every method opens the same account type — the bonus eligibility is identical.

Registration in 4 steps
- Open the signup form. Tap the green "Register" button at the top right of any page. The form opens directly without an extra page load.
- Pick a method and fill the fields. Phone needs an OTP that arrives within 10 seconds. Email needs a confirmation click. One-click generates credentials on the spot.
- Confirm Indonesia and IDR currency. Both settings bind welcome bonus eligibility. The rupiah account avoids USD conversion fees.
- Enter promo code
1XINDOXBETin the Promo Code field (expand it with the + icon). Pick the bonus path — sports or casino — under "Account → Bonus" before the first deposit.
Bonus tip: The promo code only applies at signup. If you skip it on the form, the maximum bonus is forfeit — you cannot add it after the first deposit.
Picking the bonus path
The choice locks on the first deposit and cannot be reversed. Quick guide:
- Sports path — 100% match up to Rp 1,500,000. Best if you bet on Liga 1, Premier League, MPL or MotoGP. Wagering is 5x on accumulators within 30 days.

KYC verification — when and how
Basic registration is instant. 1xBet does not block deposits or play at signup. KYC is requested at the first withdrawal or when account flags trigger a review.
Documents accepted for Indonesian players:
- KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk) — front and back photo
- Passport — photo page
- Selfie — holding the ID next to your face
- Proof of address — utility bill or bank statement within the last 90 days (only requested for high-volume accounts)
Verification is usually approved within 24 hours. The name on the ID must match the profile name exactly — mismatches are the most common rejection cause.
Common registration problems
OTP does not arrive on +62
Wait 60 seconds before requesting a resend. Check that the network is online and that the number is not on a block list. If the OTP still fails, switch to email registration.
"Account already exists" error
Your phone, email, IP, device or household already has a 1xBet account. The platform allows only one bonus-eligible account per fingerprint. Use the existing account or contact support.
Promo code field not visible
The field is collapsed by default. Tap the "+" icon next to "Promo Code" to expand it, then paste 1XINDOXBET.
Country selector skips Indonesia
